Mrs. Charron's Summer Farm Camp is coming back bigger and more magical than ever for Summer 2027! Designed exclusively for girls ages 7–12, this beloved camp returns to our beautiful farm in Southwest Ranches for four weeks of creativity, friendship, nature, and adventure.

This year features four enchanting weekly themes — each one a world of its own. Campers will explore, create, and grow through hands-on activities, farm time, gourmet cooking, arts and crafts, and so much more. Spots are limited, so join our interest list to be the first to know when registration opens in May 2027!

Week 1 — Chocolate Factory: Sweet creations, candy science, and chocolatey adventures
Week 2 — Secret Garden: Nature exploration, garden crafts, and botanical wonders
Week 3 — Little House in the Prairie: Pioneer skills, farm life, and wholesome traditions
Week 4 — Enchanted Traveler: World cultures, maps, adventure crafts, and global discoveries

7. Liability Waiver & Release

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENTIn consideration of my child's participation in Mrs. Charron's Summer Farm Camp (the "Program") operated by Charron Academy, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk. I understand and acknowledge that participation in farm camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: outdoor activities, interaction with farm animals, use of gardening tools, physical activities, and exposure to natural elements. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child.

2. Release of Liability. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Charron Academy, Mrs. Frances Charron, its staff, volunteers, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by my child while participating in the Program or while on the premises.

3. Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my child's participation in the Program.

4. Medical Authorization. I authorize the Released Parties to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I agree to be responsible for all medical costs incurred.

5. Behavior Policy. I understand that Charron Academy maintains a respectful, safe environment. My child is expected to follow all rules and instructions from staff. Charron Academy reserves the right to dismiss a camper without refund for serious behavioral issues.

6. Refund Policy. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the start of a camp week will receive a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the start of a camp week are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed days.

7. Acknowledgment. I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I am the parent or legal guardian of the camper named in this registration and have the authority to sign this agreement on their behalf.
